The fourth survey of the 50 Most Innovative Human Resources Leaders research conducted by Fast Company Türkiye has been completed. The research, which was conducted with the aim of revealing innovative HR practices among companies in Türkiye, has taken the criteria of ‘personal development’, ‘employee experience’ and ‘technology’ as well as ‘talent acquisition’ into account. The utilisation of ‘Artificial Intelligence’ in recruitment processes has also stood out as a technique that constitutes a distinctive difference in the evaluation.
